With our help, dealing with the Beckham Law tax regime will be quick and easy, ensuring you maximum tax savings from the outset.

What is the Beckham Law?
The Beckham Law, officially known as the Special Regime for Workers Posted to Spain, is a tax regulation that allows certain foreigners to be taxed more favourably during their first 6 years in the country.
This regime is ideal for high-level professionals, sportsmen and women or executives who move to Spain for work purposes. By taking advantage of the Beckham Law in Spain, you will only pay 24% on your income generated in Spanish territory, regardless of your income level, and you will be exempt from taxation on income obtained outside the country.
You can apply for the Beckham Law if you are...
✔ You are a natural person who has not been a tax resident in Spain for the last 10 years before your relocation.
✔ Your transfer to Spain is motivated by an employment contract with a Spanish company or by the establishment of an economic activity as a self-employed person (also applies if you are a director of an entity with a shareholding of less than 25%).
✔ You do not obtain income that qualifies as being obtained through a permanent establishment in Spain (subject to specific exceptions).
✔ You can file your application within six months of starting your activity in Spain.
If you comply with these points, you may be eligible to benefit from this regime and be taxed at a flat rate of 24% on your income generated in Spain during the first six years.
